have i mentioned...
...that autumn is my favorite season? people always want to know why and i always want to know why it isn't everybody's favorite. why? WHY? this is why:

I have two comments for you: First, I really would love autumn so, so much more if spring was on the other side of it rather than stinky winter! I'm so busy anticipating coldness and gloom and doom, that I often overlook the beauty of the fall. Gotta change that.
Second, as I was reading your wrap-up quote, I was thrilled by the beauty of the words. Then I read the author's name, George Eliot. No wonder! Did you know she is my very, very favorite?
