winter to-do

i realize it may be pushing it to check all of these items off the list at this point, but i kept the list short and there's always next year...

1. build a snowman
2. have a snowball fight
3. take a midnight snow walk
4. wear mittens
5. make a snow angel
6. play fox and geese
7. decorate for Christmas (or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or whatever holiday you happen to celebrate)
8. make a holiday countdown chain
9. attend and/or throw a new years party
10. make a resolution or two
11. make snowman soup
12. watch holiday movies
13. wear big wool socks
14. give some money to the bell ringing santas around town
15. contact someone with whom you've lost touch
16. read A Christmas Carol (watching the movie doesn't count)
17. shovel a neighbor's walk
18. go sledding
19. play fox and geese
20. have a white elephant gift exchange
21. throw/attend an ugly sweater party
